As per the Govt. circular No.62/2012 dated 16/10/2013 all DDO s are directed to complete the data entry of all the fields in SPARK, upload Photo and Signature, Verification of details entered, lock the employee details after verifying the authenticity of data entered on or before 28-02-2013 and submit a certificate in the prescribed format.
Treasuries will not accept bills without certificate of SPARK entry from 01-03-2013
