Government issued permissive sanction to procure Digital Signature Certificates to all Drawing and Disbursing Officers as per GO(P) No 76/2016/Fin dated 27/05/2016 , The Heads of Departments/District level Officers of each department shall procure the DSC from the empanelled vendors of Kerala State IT Mission for DDO5 under their control immediately.
As per the above orde The expenditure for this purpose shall be met from the office expense of the re'spective offices. The Head of the Department shall ensure that. all DDOs are equipped with DSC within three months. The Director of Treasuries shall instruct all treasury officers not to accept the online bills without digital authentication after 15 August 2016 onwards.
